Al’s Army Navy wants you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase. However, we know it’s sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (not including shipping and handling costs) or within 90 days for an exchange or online credit.
The item returned must be in NEW and UNUSED condition to ensure full credit. Standard return policies do not apply to all items. Please see our Return Exceptions policy for instructions on how to return these particular items.
Return or Exchange
All products must be returned in NEW and UNUSED condition, in original manufacturer boxes with a copy of your original packing slip and completed return form to ensure full credit. Please call our customer service department at 407.425.4932 to initiate your return. You will be sent a return form with a return authorization number. Items returned without first obtaining the return authorization number may not quality for a full credit.
You may also return the item to one of our store locations. Please bring the item along with the invoice and all original packaging to the Customer Service counter. We w ill do our best to meet your needs with an exchange but, if that is not an option, we will issue a refund to you in the same form of payment originally used for credit.
Online Returns: If an item is being returned because of a mistake on our part (i.e. wrong size sent, etc.), we will pay for return shipping. If an item is being returned because of a mistake on the customer's part (i.e. wrong size or color ordered, buyer's remorse, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:
- Airsoft guns
- Used items (surplus, etc.)
Al’s Army Navy offers FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50.00 for most items (ground shipping).
Most orders typically ship within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) after your order has been placed. Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times may vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Should there be a delay in shipping or if the item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Al’s Army Navy uses USPS as our preferred carrier. We use UPS for ammunition shipments.
Shipping costs for orders placed on alsarmynavy.com are based on the weight of the total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives volume discount. You will be provided with the total shipping cost of your order during checkout. Signature Confirmation is provided at no extra charge. Oversized and heavy items may incur additional shipping charges.
At checkout you will be prompted to choose the shipping method for your item(s). The least expensive option is priority shipping. If you would like to receive your shipment sooner, please upgrade to an expedited shipping method. PLEASE NOTE: Firearms will ONLY be shipped through Registered Mail (Please see special section for requirements on firearms shipping).
Priority (normally 2-3 business days). Most items may be shipped tomost U.S. addresses via First Class or Priority Mail. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays.
Express Mail (normally 1 business day). Most items may be shipped to most U.S. addresses via Express Mail. You can expect your order to arrive within 1 business day, depending on the time of day you submit your order. Business days are Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays.
Mail Forwarding Services: We do not honor the use of Mail/Package Forwarding services. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we restrict international shipping for valid reasons. Using a Mail/Package Forwarding service is an attempt to circumvent our shipping policies, and is therefore a direct violation. Your order will be canceled.
Firearm Sales & Shipping
Firearms will ONLY be shipped to authorized FFL dealers. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with the name, address, phone, and fax number/email address of the FFL dealer the firearm will be shipped to. We will verify this information prior to shipping the firearm. Please note the firearm will not be shipped until this information is verified. A delay in shipment may occur should the FFL dealer not respond in a timely manner. All firearms are shipped as Registered Mail and incur a shipping charge.
